Note: monday.com’s per-seat plans have a minimum number of seats; ClickUp is priced per user without a stated minimum. Higher tiers (ClickUp Business $17/user/mo yearly; monday Standard €12 / Pro €19 per seat) add automation, dashboards and integrations. Enterprise tiers are custom-priced.
Our take
For most EU SMBs starting out, ClickUp is the easiest first step: the free plan is genuinely usable and the paid entry tier is inexpensive, so you can validate the fit before committing budget. Choose monday.com if a refined interface and visual workflow automation matter more than price. We recommend on the basis of fit and value — not commission.
